1stPull is a small outdoor power equipment business in Concord Township, Ohio, run by Antonio with help from Mike. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We do not sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our two forms. We do not collect anything from you just for browsing the site.
Free pickup request: your name, phone number, street address, a description of the equipment, and any photos you choose to attach. Email address is optional.
Service and repair request: your name, phone number, street address, the type of equipment, and a description of the problem. Email address is optional.
Why we need it
Your name and phone number are how we get back to you. Your address is how we find the equipment, and it is how we decide whether you are inside the area we cover. The equipment description and photos let us know what we are picking up before we drive out, so we bring the right truck and the right help. Email is optional because some people would rather not give one out, and we can do the whole job over the phone.
Who sees it
Antonio and Mike, and nobody else. Requests land in a password-protected admin area on our own server and are also sent to our own email address so we see them quickly. No employees, no contractors, no marketing lists, no data brokers.
Photos
Photos you attach to a pickup request are stored on our server so we know what we are coming to get. We do not publish a photo of your equipment, your property, or anything else you send us on this site or on Facebook unless you tell us it is fine. Photos in our public inventory are ones we took ourselves after the machine was already ours.
How long we keep it
We keep pickup and service records as long as we are running the business, because they are also our own work history: what we picked up, what we fixed, and what it cost. If you want your record deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Who else sees anything
The fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts. That means your browser asks Google for the font files, and Google can see your IP address when it does. That is the only outside company involved in this website.
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising tracker, no Facebook pixel, and no embedded map. The only cookie this site sets is the login session for the admin area, which is for us, not for visitors.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying and selling equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we change this page and update the date at the top.
