30-day starts-and-runs guarantee
If a machine you bought from us won't start or run within 30 days, we make it right: we repair it free, swap it for a comparable machine, or refund you, whichever fits the problem.
Not covered: damage from misuse, accidents or bad or old fuel; wear parts like blades, belts, tires and shear pins; and anything we told you about on the listing.
